Onsite visits are scheduled across the Treasure Valley when an issue cannot be fixed remotely, and for installs and projects. Standard and Premium include in-scope onsite support; on Basic, onsite work starts at $150/hour. A travel surcharge applies to onsite visits. Remote support covers the rest of the region during 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Time on normal business days.
