POLICIES & AGREEMENTS
Terms of Website Use
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms cover use of this website. If you are a client, your signed Master Services Agreement governs the services we provide.
These terms apply to heavenlyit.com, any other Heavenly IT domain that points to it (such as heavenlyit.net), and the tools on them, including the quote builders and forms (the “website”), operated by Heavenly IT LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. By using the website you agree to these terms. Questions about these terms: legal@heavenlyit.com.
Information, prices and estimates
Website information describes services and starting prices. It is not a final quote, an offer or an executed managed-services agreement. Quote builder results are starting-at estimates based on the information you enter. Discovery and signed documents establish scope and pricing. Prices, services and features may change without notice, and we may correct errors at any time.
Using the website
Use the website and its forms lawfully and for their intended purpose. You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, its hosting or any connected account or system.
- Upload malware, passwords, authentication codes or other secrets, or another person’s sensitive information.
- Interfere with the website, overload it, or use automated tools to scrape it or submit forms.
- Submit false information or impersonate anyone.
- Use the website to send spam or for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.
We may block access or remove submissions that break these terms.
What you send us
Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential or regulated information through public forms; existing clients should use the support process in their agreement. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or an obligation to provide services. By submitting a form, you agree that we may reply by email or phone about your request.
Intellectual property
The website’s content, design, text, graphics, software and the Heavenly IT name and logo belong to Heavenly IT or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, modify or republish them for commercial purposes without written permission. Client data and commissioned assets remain subject to the signed agreement; Heavenly IT retains its reusable tools and materials.
Links and third-party tools
The website may link to third-party sites and tools, such as support portals or remote-support downloads. They are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. Only start a remote-support session when a Heavenly IT technician asks you to.
Reporting security issues
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the website, report it to security@heavenlyit.com and do not access, change or delete data that is not yours.
Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the website, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. General information on the website is not professional advice for your specific situation. Quote builder results depend on the information you enter, and you are responsible for checking them before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Heavenly IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website, and its total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not limit obligations under a signed client agreement. Heavenly IT’s owners, employees and contractors are not personally liable for the website, and they may rely on this section.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Heavenly IT and its owners, employees and contractors against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute about the website will be brought in the state courts located in Ada County, Idaho, or the United States District Court for the District of Idaho, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not alter a signed client agreement.
