Elevated Armor is Heavenly IT’s managed detection and response (MDR): SentinelOne on every managed device, monitored 24/7 by ConnectWise and its security operations vendors, plus an emergency security line for suspected incidents. Heavenly IT coordinates with you during business hours. Elevated Armor is included in Premium and an add-on for Basic and Standard.

Who it’s for: businesses that need threats stopped at any hour, not just flagged. That includes businesses whose cyber insurance asks for endpoint detection and response (EDR) or MDR, businesses that handle sensitive client data, and teams that work remotely.

What’s included:

• SentinelOne deployed and managed on every covered workstation and server.
• 24/7 monitoring and threat hunting by the ConnectWise security operations center (SOC), which can isolate an infected device and stop malicious activity.
• An emergency security line for suspected incidents. It is for security events, not a helpdesk.
• Heavenly IT follow-up during business hours: confirming what happened with you, cleanup and recommendations.

How it starts: we confirm the devices to cover, deploy SentinelOne alongside our management agent, remove any conflicting antivirus, and agree on who we contact when the SOC finds something. Recovery work beyond containment is included in Premium; on other plans it is billed at our hourly rates.
