Project Costs
Premium clients on a 12-month agreement get an additional 10% off major projects ($2,500 or more).
All prices are “Starting at”: typical hours × our hourly rate for labor, or an approved price range where shown. Quotes cover our labor. Equipment procured by Heavenly IT, billed at market cost, and any materials the work needs are added to the job. A technician confirms the scope and price on site. After-hours support is billed at our after-hours rates (starting at $175/hr remote, $225/hr onsite), with a 1-hour minimum and 15-minute increments, on every plan. It is billed as used and is not included in these totals.
